Survived by twin sister, Diane A. Costner; brother, Dwight (Geraldine); nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Service 2 pm Friday, January 26, 2018 at the VA Protestant Chapel #118, 4100 W. Third St. Repast immediately following the service at Ware's Banquet Hall, 505 Bolander Ave.
