Framme, Joseph Stafford, age 44, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, December 16, 1990. Joe was born in Dayton May 7, 1946, was an electrician with the City of Dayton (Division of Property Management), previous owner of Dayton Sound Service & an active member of St. Agnes Parish. Preceded in death by his mother Blanche Stafford Framme, in 1983. Survived by his wife, Marjorie (Burcsu); father, Richard Joseph Framme of Dayton; 3 sisters & brothers-in-law, Roxanne & Carl Hemmelgarn of Dayton, Annette & Jon Sincock of Torrance, CA, Mary Helen Framme.; brother & sister-in-law, John Richard & Cyndi Framme of Irvine, CA.; nephews & nieces, Ted & Elaine Hemmelgarn, Elizabeth Daniels, Katheryn Hemmelgarn, J.R. & Alicia Sincock and Theresa & Eric Burcsu; several aunts, uncles & cousins & numerous friends, neighbors & parishioners who all provided comfort and support during his illness. Prayers 9:45 A.M. Thursday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home, Northridge Chapel, 5040 Frederick Pike, with Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 A.M. at St. Agnes Church. Father Dave Lemkuhl officiating, assisted by Nymphia Clark, St. Agnes Parish Coordinator. Internment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 P.M. Wednesday, with prayer service at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Agnes Outreach Program, 811 N.
