Anthony J. Huber, 68, a Northland resident in Kansas City, MO passed away Tuessday, August 11, 2015. He was born September 17, 1946 in Dayton, OH. Tony spent the majority of his working career as a butcher, most of that time with Foodland and Sun Fresh grocery stores. He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Gabriel Parish in Kansas City, MO. Survivors include his wife, Georgann of the home; and two sisters. His parents preceded him in death. Per Tony’s request, he will be cremated under the direction of the Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville. There are no scheduled services at this time. ANTHONY J. HUBER 9/17/1946 - 8/11/2015 A native of "Old North Dayton" (Ohio). Died one year ago in his adopted home of Kansas City, MO. Beloved Son, Brother, Husband, Friend. A hard working, prayerful man who read the Bible daily. A first-rate fisherman. An avid gardener, horticulturist, cacti grower. He was a voracious reader, well spoken, with a sharp intellect. A generous man, with a keen sense of humor, he knew well how to enjoy life simply and without pretense. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. Amen.
