Bane, Nora J. ~ confirmed Catherine ~ of Prattville, Alabama died peacefully at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; parents, Helen & Tim Driscoll of Dayton, Ohio; in-laws, Dewey & Ruby Bane of Williamsburg, Indiana; brother, Jim Driscoll; brothers & sister-in-law, Raymond Bane, Keith (Saundra) Bane, Donald Bane, Glenn Musgrave and Joe Cash; nephews, Joe Cash and Mike Bane; nephew-in-law, Tim Ryan; and great-nephews, Ryder Musgrave and Mike Painter. She was born on Quitman Street in the Twin Towers/St. Mary Parish, was a 1964 graduate of St. Joseph Commercial High School, and married "into the wild blue yonder" in 1966. She is survived by her children, Vicki and Jerry II; her sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Musgrave, Rita Cash, and Pat & Denny Weber; sister-in-law, Bernie Driscoll; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, and great-greats. She was additionally blessed when chosen godmother for Joe Cash, Keith Musgrave & Tine Driscoll, and proudly considered Steph & Shea Smithson family. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11:00 am at Prattville Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Saturday one-hour prior to the service.
